Meelas 3rd Birthday Party

We celebrated Meela's 3rd birthday party yesterday. She was 3 on January 15 but she was terribly sick that week, so the kids changed the date to yesterday. She is such a joy to be around. She greeted everyone who came in the house and told them all about her birthday party.

Merry Christmas everyone. I'm looking back on my last post and cant believe that it was November. We have had a very busy December. Our black lab Madison had a tumor on her anal gland and had surgery. The tumor was not cancerous, so that was good news. Then I found out that I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I haven't seen a specialist, but will at the first of next year. Lee has asked his girlfriend Sandra to marry him, so we will be having a June wedding next year. They have chosen to have it in our backyard and have a close friend Kyle marry them.
Meela was a blast at Christmas this year. We took tons of pictures and here are a few to share with everyone.

Meela at the Park

Danny and I had Meela all day on Saturday. After her nap we took her to the park in Sanger. She walked up to a little girl that was playing on the slide and said "what are you doing here?" It was so funny. The other girl was a little older and tried to help Meela climb the steps. They played so cute together. It was like a train wreck trying to watch Meela play. We wanted to watch what she was doing, but had to keep looking away because she is such a dare devil. I thought for sure we were going to be on our way to ER. She had a scrap on her side and big red cherry on her cheek when we left. Not too bad. Danny snapped this picture of her.
