Texas Motor Speedway- Sunday November 8th, 2009 Everyone is gone home from the great weekend. The house is pretty quite and we are really wore out! On Friday some of our guest started to arrive and we didn't get to bed until 3 am. On Saturday we went out to the speedway and did a lot of walking, a little souvenir shopping. (unless you were Kris) We also did a lot of eating of good food and drinking. We came back to house in time for the Nebraska fans to put on their Cornhusker Red for the Nebraska vs OU game and watched that in the shop on the projection TV. Then on Sunday we got up bright and early and went out the speedway. We returned home around 9pm and watched the Cowboys beat the Eagles. Terry, Sandi, and John from Pratt, KS left on Sunday after the race, Ronnie left Monday morning and the girls flew out Monday evening, but not before they got a quick tour of the casino, ate lunch at the Old West Cafe and of course we made a quick stop at Sam Moons.( Kris did a little shopping there too) I will post a few pictures for the next couple of days.
