Happy Thanksgiving

We would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. We decided to do the traditional dinner this year. Two homemade pumpkin pies, chocolate pudding pie, rolls, broccoli casserole,macaroni & cheese (for Lee) mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing and of course an oven baked turkey. We never knew there were so many ways to cook a turkey until we moved to Texas. Actually it is rare for them to bake it in the oven. Most deep fry there turkeys but there are still the ones who smoke or BBQ there turkeys. We will eat until we can't eat anymore and then eat some more. Then we will watch the Dallas Cowboys play and dose on the couch. What a holiday!!! We have so much to be thankful for this year!
