Colleen, Meela, Mary, and Raggedy AnnMy mom came to stay and visit with us this month. The weather was gorgeous while she was here. It was nice to have her here to visit with. We enjoyed having her. I had been looking all over for a Raggedy Ann doll for Meela. All the ones in the stores are made of plastic or are ugly. So I had the bright idea to see if my mom would help me make one while she was here. Needless to say it was quite a job. We spent two hours in the craft store collecting all of the supplies. Then mom spent every day she was here working on it. (10 days) It turned out wonderful. Everyone knows I dont sew. Im good with a hammer, nails, staples and glue gun. When it comes to a thread and needle, Im out. Im going to wrap up Raggedy Ann and give her to Meela for Christmas. She did get to see it for the picture, but then I put it up in the bedroom until Christmas.
