Thanksgiving

We hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. Lee, Sandra, Danny, and I had dinner at our house this year. Our menu was turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, (for Lee), rolls, corn, green bean casserole, beserk, and deviled eggs. Sandra made a new shredded potato, cheese, sour cream casserole. (which was delicious, by the way) We ate until we were over full, laid on the couch, moaned and watch the Cowboys loose in the 4th quarter. (and moaned some more) Jay, Stacey, and Meela came over in the evening to have dessert. They had their turkey dinner with Stacey's family. Stacey brought a blonde brownie and pineapple upside down cake. (Yummy) Sandra made Lees favorite chocolate pudding pie. I made a chocolate cake and two pumpkin pies. Needless to say we are all still eating left overs, including the deserts. We have a lot to be thankful for this year. Our work, which we know alot of family and friends who have lost there jobs. Our health, which we seen how fast that can change with Jay getting hurt. Our family and friends, which all mean so much to us!
